Five steps from the first conversation to launch. A weekly call, a shared channel, and open access to the board and the staging builds at every stage.

Discovery & Strategy
One to two weeks. Stakeholder interviews, a review of the systems already in place, and a written scope covering what's in, what's out, the timeline, and the cost.

Design & Prototyping
User flows and wireframes, interface design in Figma, then a clickable prototype of the main journeys, reviewed before production code is written.
- 03
Development
Two-week iterations, each ending with a working build on a staging URL. Code lands in the repository from the first commit and the ticket board stays open throughout.

Testing & Optimization
Cross-browser and device testing, accessibility checks, performance profiling, and a dedicated fix pass before release.

Launch & Iterate
Deployment, analytics and error tracking wired up, documentation and handover, then a support window with refinements based on real usage.

What kind of products do you build?
Web and mobile applications, marketing sites and WordPress builds, internal tools, ERP and business systems, platforms, APIs, and AI-native products. Broadly: if it runs on a screen or a server, we can design and build it, from the first prototype through to the infrastructure it inhabits in production.
What types of clients do you work with?
Startups, founders, and business teams who need software built and lack the people to build it. Sometimes that's a technical founder who has simply exhausted their hours; sometimes a non-technical founder who needs somebody to assume the entire technical side. Validating a first concept and scaling something that already has paying customers are both familiar territory.
How long does a typical project take?
Most engagements run 4 to 12 weeks. We ship in short iterations, so you're examining working software early rather than awaiting a three-month reveal that either lands or doesn't.
How is communication handled?
Weekly syncs, shared Slack, and progress you can inspect whenever you like. You own the product vision and we own execution. Some founders read every pull request and want a call on Tuesdays; others check in on Friday and devote the rest of the week to selling. Both are entirely workable — tell us which you are and we'll operate accordingly.
What does engagement look like after launch?
Launch day isn't the day we stop answering. Most clients retain us for iteration, growth work, and infrastructure as the product changes shape.
Which technologies do you specialize in?
Web, mobile, backends, cloud infrastructure, and AI-native products. Technology is selected per problem rather than imposed on every project because it happens to be what we used last time. We stay on modern, proven tooling, and when something genuinely warrants a tool outside our daily repertoire, we'll learn it rather than dissuade you from it.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do, entirely. Once an engagement is paid for, the code, designs, and documentation are yours, and we'll sign a work-for-hire agreement stating precisely that. Nothing in the arrangement obliges you to continue with us. One honest exception: pre-existing tooling we bring with us — common open-source libraries, or third-party tools we already license — remains under its own terms. Everything built specifically for you is yours.
