Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 12, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Phimorph website. Using the site constitutes acceptance of them. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the site.
One point worth making at the outset, because it prevents most misunderstandings: this website is marketing material. It is not an offer, a quotation, or a contract for services.
About Phimorph
Phimorph is a product studio. We handle product design and development, custom software and platforms, WordPress design and maintenance, AI-powered applications, digital transformation consulting, and cloud, security, and managed IT. This site describes that work and provides several ways to reach us.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the site lawfully, and specifically not to:
- Disrupt or damage it, or attempt to obtain unauthorised access to any part of it or its underlying infrastructure.
- Copy, scrape, or systematically extract its content without written permission, whether manually or by automated means.
- Submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing material through our forms, or use them to distribute unsolicited commercial messages.
Our forms are rate limited. Circumventing that limit, or attempting to, is a breach of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, everything on this site — text, graphics, illustrations, layout, and the Phimorph name and mark — belongs to Phimorph and is protected by intellectual property law. Client names, logos, and project imagery remain the property of their respective owners and appear here with permission. None of it may be reused without our prior written consent.
Services and Engagements
Every project we undertake is governed by a separate written agreement setting out scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, ownership, and confidentiality. Where these Terms and a signed client agreement conflict, the signed agreement prevails for that engagement.
Timeframes quoted on this site — the 4-to-12-week range, for instance — are typical rather than guaranteed, and describe past work rather than promise future results. Your engagement gets its own estimate after discovery.
Your Submissions
When you contact us or subscribe, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please don’t send confidential material through the contact form. If you need to disclose something sensitive, ask us for a mutual NDA first and we’ll arrange one. Submissions are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Any unsolicited idea, suggestion, or feedback you send us is treated as non-confidential, and we may act on it without obligation or compensation. This does not apply to anything covered by a signed agreement between us.
No Professional Advice
Content on this site is general information about how we work. It is not technical, legal, security, or financial advice for your particular situation, and shouldn’t be relied upon as a substitute for an engagement in which we examine the specifics.
Disclaimers
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we may alter or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phimorph will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Third-Party Links
This site links to external services we don’t control, including our scheduling tool and social profiles. We aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as the site and our services change. Revisions take effect when posted, and continued use afterwards constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date above records the most recent revision.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Phimorph is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
