Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 12, 2026
This policy explains what Phimorph (“Phimorph,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can require us to do about it. It describes this website only. Work carried out under a signed client agreement is governed by the data terms in that agreement.
The short version: we operate two forms and a set of anonymous traffic measurements. We hold no customer database, we run no advertising trackers, and we sell nothing to anybody.
What We Collect
- What you submit. Our contact form collects your name, email address, and your message. The newsletter form collects an email address and nothing else. Both are delivered directly to our own inbox as an email.
- Abuse prevention data. When you submit either form, our server briefly retains a record derived from your IP address so the forms cannot be used to send bulk spam. It is held in memory rather than a database, it is never attached to your message, and it expires within an hour.
- Anonymous usage measurement. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see which pages are visited and how quickly they load. These record aggregate, non-identifying signals such as page path, referring site, approximate country, and device category.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking cookies. The analytics described above are cookieless by design, which is a substantial part of why we chose them. Nothing on this site follows you to another one.
Why We Process It
- To answer your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement.
- To send you the newsletter you asked for, until you ask us to stop.
- To keep the site available and resistant to automated abuse, which is our legitimate interest as its operator.
- To understand which pages are worth improving.
We do not sell personal information, we do not disclose it for third-party advertising, and we do not use what you send us to train machine learning models.
Who Else Sees It
Only the processors required to operate the site, each bound by their own terms and confidentiality obligations:
- Vercel, which hosts this website and provides the analytics described above.
- Google (Gmail), through which form submissions are delivered and stored as ordinary email.
- Legal disclosure, where we are compelled by applicable law or need to establish or defend a legal claim.
How Long We Keep It
Form submissions remain in our email account for as long as the conversation is commercially relevant, and are deleted on request. Newsletter addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Abuse prevention records expire within the hour. Analytics data is retained by Vercel in aggregate form under their retention schedule and cannot be traced back to you by us.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, transmits form data to the server rather than to any third party, and our email account is protected by two-factor authentication. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we make no absolute guarantee — but nothing sensitive should be sent through a public contact form in any case.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, export it, have it erased, or object to our processing of it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You may also unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by replying to any message we send.
International Transfers
Our hosting and email providers operate globally, so your information may be processed on servers outside your country. Where that occurs, it happens under the transfer safeguards those providers maintain.
Third-Party Links
This site links to external sites we do not control, including our social profiles and scheduling tool. Their privacy practices are their own, and we would encourage you to read them.
Children’s Privacy
This website is directed at businesses, not at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy as the site changes. Revisions take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date above records the most recent one.
