Custom Software & Platforms
Every off-the-shelf tool asks you to change how you work. We build the kind that doesn't — SaaS platforms, ERP systems, internal tools, and client portals engineered around your actual process instead of a vendor's roadmap. No per-seat tax, no half-used feature set, no critical workflow held together by a spreadsheet nobody's allowed to touch.
When off-the-shelf stops fitting
Packaged software is a bet that your business looks like the average of every other customer. For a while, that's fine. Then you hit the workflow the tool doesn't support, the report it won't generate, the integration that "isn't on the roadmap." You end up with a shadow system of spreadsheets and manual steps bridging the gaps — and that shadow system, not the software you paid for, is what actually runs the company.
Custom software inverts the bet. The tool fits the process because the process defined the tool.
What we build
Bespoke SaaS platforms
Products with real users, billing, and multi-tenancy, built to be sold.
ERP and business systems
The operational backbone: inventory, orders, finance, fulfilment, all in one place instead of five disconnected tools.
Internal tools
The admin panels, dashboards, and workflow engines your team lives in every day.
Client portals
Secure, branded spaces where your customers do business with you directly.
APIs and integrations
The connective tissue between the systems you already run.
Built to change
Software that fits you perfectly on day one is worthless if it can't move on day four hundred. We build with the assumption that your process will evolve, because it will. Clear architecture, real documentation, and code you fully own mean the next change — whether we make it or your own team does — doesn't require starting over.
How we work
Discovery to launch in tight, transparent iterations. You see working software early, you keep full visibility through weekly syncs and shared access, and you own everything at the end: code, designs, documentation. We're happy to sign a work-for-hire agreement, and you're never locked into working with us long term.
Who this is for
Operations-heavy businesses fighting their tools, founders building a SaaS product from scratch, and teams whose growth is capped by systems that were never designed for their scale.
Frequently asked
How long does a typical build take?
Depends on scope — a focused internal tool can ship in weeks; a full ERP or multi-tenant SaaS platform is a longer build. You get a real timeline after discovery, not before.
Custom software sounds expensive — is it?
Sometimes the honest answer is that off-the-shelf is right for you, and we'll say so. But when a packaged tool forces enough manual workarounds, the "cheap" option is quietly the expensive one. We help you run that maths before committing.
What if our process changes after launch?
Expected and planned for. We build for change and document as we go, so evolving the system doesn't mean rebuilding it.
Who owns the code?
You do — 100%, once paid for. The only exception is pre-existing open-source or third-party tooling we bring along, which stays under its own terms; everything built specifically for you is yours.
